All orders will be shipped 1-14 BUSINESS days after payment is received (Excluding Preorders)  Monday-Friday only (orders are NOT shipped out on weekends)

 

Tracking Information is always sent via email, please check Junk-Spam mail if needed.

 

Orders are shipped via Priority USPS (insurance included) and First Class for orders under 1lb.

Once tracking number is provided, please review for delivery time along with USPS status updates.

 

International Shipping is Available 

Please Confirm that your Address is correct, If the order is sent back by the USPS you will be responsible for the re-shipping charge.

 

If the recipient's shipping address is unconfirmed in Paypal an address confirmation email will be sent, if a response is not received within 7 business days the order will be canceled and a refund will be processed.

We are not responsible for lost packages in the mail, tracking Info is always provided.  

 

If items are placed on Backorder we will notify you within 24-72 hours of order date via email with an Estimated Shipping Date. 

Jewelry Store orders are always shipped in a protective poly bag & or box for storage and shipping protection. 

Preorders

Items on Pre-order will have an estimated ship date noted in the product title and/or within the size drop down box 

which will be noted on customer's order confirmation receipt.

If there are any production delays that causes a delivery delay, customer will be contacted via email. 

When ready to ship items are combined with preorder items within the same order, the entire order will ship together.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

 

All jewelry is shipped with a protective poly bag, organza pouch, and/or jewelry box. When storing your costume jewelry, be sure to store it in the protective bag and/or a protective place away from other metals and excessive light to prevent tarnishing. Please refrain from spraying perfume, hair products, water, and or oils on any plated metal.

 

 

Earrings that contain Fringe, Tassels, etc. be sure to store the earrings flat in the Jewelry Box Provided.  In the case that the cotton Fringe becomes wrinkled, a *clean* flat iron can be used on a *Low Heat* setting by briskly running the plates along the fringe softly. *PLEASE USE CAUTION*

 

 

Belts should be stored in a flat environment or hanging on a belt hanger for proper care.

 

Preserving shine and luster on plated jewelry may require polishing and cleaning. It is always recommended to make a small investment in a polishing cloth to keep your collection timeless.

1)  Are the Earrings Heavy?

 

No, it is a goal to provide not only Fashionable and Eye-catching accessories but it is also assured that they are light-medium weight and comfortable to wear.


2)   What is your Shipping Policy?


Once orders are received they are shipped within 1-14 business days Monday-Friday, orders are not shipped out on weekends or holidays. Orders are usually shipped via USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail which has an estimated delivery time of 3-14 days after processing time of 1-14 business days. All tracking information is emailed via Paypal or direct (always check spam folder for correspondences). If items are placed on Backorder, you will be notified via email 24-72 hours after order is received.  Preorder items does not qualify under the standard processing time.

3) Are there tall options for the clothing?

As of now, we do not offer tall options for our clothing but may be an option in the future.

4) How is the sizing for the Robes?

We have standard sizing and plus sizing available. Standard size fit women from size small to large, plus size fit women between the size of Xlarge to 3X. All sizing information will be included in the product description.
