Shipping & Delivery 

All orders are shipped after processing time of 1-7 business days (Mon-Fri) and delivery is estimated 3-7 days (Mon-Sat) thereafter. (Excluding Preorders)  

Holiday processing time 5-14 business days 

Monday-Friday only (orders are NOT shipped out on weekends)

Preorders

Items on Pre-order will have an estimated ship date noted in the product title and/or within the size drop down box which will also be noted on customer's order confirmation receipt.

When ready to ship items are combined with preorder items within the same order, the entire order will ship together.  If there are any production delays that causes a delivery delay, customer will be contacted via email.

Tracking Information is always sent via email, please check Junk-Spam mail if needed.

 Orders are shipped via USPS & UPS (insurance included up to $100)

Additional insurance can be purchased please email info@Sch-RelDesire.com for more info. 

Once tracking number is provided, please track for estimated delivery time along with USPS or UPS status updates.

International Shipping is Available 

Please Confirm that your Address is correct, If the order is sent back you will be responsible for the re-shipping charge.

If the recipient's shipping address is unconfirmed in Paypal an address confirmation email will be sent, if a response is not received within 7 business days the order will be canceled and a refund will be processed.

Lost Packages

We are not responsible for lost packages in the mail by carrier. The carrier (USPS or UPS) must be contacted directly for delivery issues. All  packages are insured up to $100 and a claim can be submitted in the case of any insured package that has a status of delivered but was not received by customer. Additional insurance coverage for packages can be purchased, please send a request to info@Sch-RelDesire.com to increase insurance coverage prior to package being shipped out.

 If items are placed on Backorder we will notify you within 24-72 hours of order date via email with an Estimated Shipping Date. 

​Jewelry & accessory items are always shipped in a protective poly bag & or box for storage and shipping protection.

Returns

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 calendar days after the delivery date to request a return. Defective items are the only items eligible for returns.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you must contact us at info@sch-reldesire.com with order number. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you return instructions on how and where to send your package if requested. Photo and video proof will be requested to process return request. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Customer is responsible for return postage cost.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and rectify the issue.

Non-returnable items
Shapewear, Leggings, or Intimates

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

We only process exchanges in the event that customer was sent the wrong item. Please contact customer support for exchange instructions.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded onto a giftcard with an expiration date noted. 

 CARE INSTRUCTIONS

All satin loungewear can be machine washed and machine dry on low to no heat. All luxury robes can be steamed or iron with caution when needed.

All jewelry is shipped with a protective poly bag, organza pouch, and/or jewelry box. When storing your costume jewelry, be sure to store it in the protective bag and/or a protective place away from other metals and excessive light to prevent tarnishing. Please refrain from spraying perfume, hair products, water, and or oils on any plated metal.

Earrings that contain Fringe, Tassels, etc. be sure to store the earrings flat in the Jewelry Box Provided.  In the case that the cotton Fringe becomes wrinkled, a *clean* flat iron can be used on a *Low Heat* setting by briskly running the plates along the fringe softly. *PLEASE USE CAUTION*

 Belts should be stored in a flat environment or hanging on a belt hanger for proper care.

 Preserving shine and luster on plated jewelry may require polishing and cleaning. It is always recommended to make a small investment in a polishing cloth to keep your collection timeless.
