Sometimes, the Most Productive Thing You Can Do Is Pause.

For a while, I stepped away from the camera.

Not because I lacked vision.
Not because I wasn't passionate.
But because I knew I couldn't continue pouring from an empty cup.

Over the past several months, I intentionally took a hiatus from Cocktails & Convo to focus on something much deeper, my spiritual growth, my wellness journey, and reconnecting with the woman God created me to be.

This season wasn't about disappearing.

It was about becoming.

Choosing Elevation Over Exhaustion

In a world that constantly celebrates being busy, I chose stillness.

I leaned into fasting.

I prioritized mindfulness.

I spent time in prayer.

I embraced moments of silence.

I allowed myself to rest without guilt.

Instead of chasing productivity, I focused on protecting my peace.

Through fasting, I wasn't simply giving something up, I was creating space for clarity.

Space to hear God's direction.

Space to release limiting beliefs.

Space to let go of fear, distractions, and everything that no longer aligned with the life I know I'm called to live.

As my spirit became lighter, so did my perspective.

Raising My Frequency From the Inside Out

Real elevation doesn't begin with external success.

It begins internally.

I committed to loving myself intentionally.

I honored my body through movement and healthier habits.

I protected my mind through mindfulness.

I nourished my soul through prayer and God's Word.

Little by little, I noticed something shifting.

The anxiety became quieter.

The confusion became clarity.

The pressure became purpose.

I began operating from a place of peace instead of survival.

That inner transformation gave me the courage to face obstacles that had been lingering in both my personal life and my business.

Not because life suddenly became easy, but because I became stronger.

Purging to Make Room for Purpose

Growth often requires release.

I had to let go of old habits.

Old fears.

Old expectations.

Old versions of myself that no longer fit where God is taking me.

Every challenge became an opportunity to refine my character instead of questioning my calling.

This season reminded me that sometimes God asks us to empty ourselves before He fills us with something greater.

And that's exactly what this journey has been.

Why Cocktails & Convo Is Returning

As I reflected during this journey, one truth kept coming back to me:

My purpose has never been just to sell beautiful loungewear.

My purpose is to create a lifestyle that inspires women to elevate every part of their lives.

Through wellness.

Through faith.

Through self-love.

Through meaningful conversations.

Through intentional living.

Cocktails & Convo has always been more than a show.

It's a safe space where we Sip & Slay, reflect, grow, laugh, and have honest conversations about becoming our highest selves.

Now, I'm returning with renewed energy, greater clarity, and a heart that's ready to serve from a place of abundance rather than burnout and a blurry vision.

Join Me for the Premiere

I'm so excited to officially welcome you into this new chapter.

Our newest episode of Cocktails & Convo premieres on Fabulous Friday, July 3rd at 9pm est; and I truly believe this marks the beginning of something supernatural.

If you've ever felt stuck…

If you've been searching for clarity…

If you've been learning how to love yourself more deeply…

If you're navigating a season of transformation…

This conversation is for you.

We're entering a season of intentional living, elevated wellness, authentic conversations, and walking boldly in our purpose.

No more shrinking.

No more waiting for permission.

No more apologizing for becoming who God has called us to be.

We're choosing peace.

We're choosing purpose.

We're choosing elevation.

I can't wait to sip, connect, and grow alongside you again.

Here's to this beautiful new season.
